I’ve been where you are

5 years ago I was an executive who’d accomplished everything I had ever wanted to – yet despite the prestige and income that went along with it, I felt stuck.

A lot had changed since growing up as a spirited, ambitious Pakistani woman in Karachi. After several degrees, a vibrant life in the US and then the UK, I had done more than I had even dreamed of. I had everything that equalled “a successful life” – but it didn't feel as good as it should.

I spent my time chasing the next rush and the next, pushing myself forward, thinking when I get there I’ll feel successful. Except “there” was always short-lived.

When my dissatisfaction started to affect my everyday life, I decided something had to be done. I dove into every self-help book and personal development program I could get my hands on, yet something always got in the way of lasting results. And I did the work, let me tell you.

So I started to ask why.

I found my answer in neuroscience

Our brain is the most complicated organ in our body – and unfortunately, we’re not born with a manual on how to best activate and operate it. So it’s up to us to take the initiative to tap in and figure out our purpose, our talents and how to elevate our performance to get the results we want.

What I learned studying Neuroscience

When I started studying neuroscience, I discovered that there is actually science behind cultivating skills –and tapping into them on demand. By the time you are thirty-five years old, about 95% of your brain goes on autopilot. Research shows us:

+ We think 70,000 thoughts per day, and 90% of them are the same thoughts we’ve thought before

+ Most of us make 30,000 decisions per day –and almost all of them are made without us even being aware of them

+ We react without thinking, perpetually, due to stress —which often leads to poor decisions, burnout, and staying stuck in bad habits

+ Many people struggle with the same recurring challenges over and over again because our brains have actually been programmed to do so

My coaching can help you tap into your programming and rewire it to work for you instead of against you.

How Coaching Will Help You

The sole purpose of my neuroscience-based coaching and training is to show you how to rewire those parts of your brain that aren’t serving you. By learning the why behind the what, you can develop the skills to activate your best levels of performance, reclaim your energy,  find the clarity you are looking for, and create the life you alone were meant to live.

Work with me and together we will decode what’s not working and create a strategy, roadmap and ultimately, life – that will
